What are some unexplored themes in custom sets? (2 Viewers)

So a theme I've been working on and getting ready to order is an anime theme, more specifically JoJo's Bizarre adventure, a micro stakes cash set based around the 6 main protagonists

I really tried hard to capture the colours and feel of each character

I'm also designing a HunterXHunter anime tournament set for a friend

I've never come across any anime themed chips and would love to stand corrected if there are some out there

What about:
1. Most Gruesome Devices/Methods of Torture?
2. Biggest Nerds
3. Guinness Record Holders
4. Most Deadliest Diseases
5. Fungi Phyla
6. Crop Circles
7. Sexy Lingerie (just the garments)
8. Eyelashes
9. Obnoxious Animal Faces
10. Old People in Lederhosen

Another weird, niche theme I put together on the design tool forever ago and actually really like, and is still in consideration for me when I get the budget to order my first CPCs. Doesn't follow any traditional colors which I sort of enjoy, and I love the idea of the birthday cake $100 (though it'd never see play at my .25/.25 home game lol)

Even threw together this inlay design as a little idea trial, with each inlay's ice cream cone color matched to the chip's colors. But I think if I did these, something more traditional/old fashioned would be better suited to the theme.

Hahaha awesome.
I briefly toyed with the idea of a cake chip as well, but for a Portal themed set.

I was shooting for chip representations for turrets, red buttons, portals, GlaDOS, companion cube, and the cake respectively.
Plus the A-mold standing for Aperture works fine for me.

It would need a lot of work and I'd need major help, but I'd love to see a set based off my favourite game.

Bottom line: MOAR CAKE CHIPS!

Not bad, but I have to have Jeri Ryan on every chip. Maybe a little Gates McFadden. And Olivia d'Abo. And Chase Masterson. OK, this could work.
To name single episode actresses, but to skip Famke Janssen - Kamala from A Perfect Mate, but better known to fans of this forum as Petra from Rounders - is an egregious oversight.

That was a weird episode for me. I should have liked it, but I didn’t. Although I enjoyed the Ferengi at their comedic foil best.

Spongebob. You have yellow, pink, red, green, and white super easily. More with thought, I'm sure.

Bob Ross. I'm sure you could find a painting for every color.

There's actually a boardgame.
Oh trust me, I know. There's also one called "Happy Little Accidents". I have them both. And the jigsaw (x2). And the chia pet (x2). And the breath mints. And the...... you get the idea.

You're right though - Art of Chill is actually decent.

A number of years ago, when the C&S group buy was underway, I toyed with a James Bond gun barrel concept. I was still very early in the design concept before I ditched the project, but this thread seems like a good place to dump it, in case anyone could grab a seed of inspiration from the idea.

I used a pic of the original GB are to drop in my concepts. These are not meant to be dual-sided with "Big League Games", the B-Side would probably used the Casino Royal logo on the bottom right (without the gun barrel).

Like I said, it was very early in the concept. This still kind of shows how chaotic the design process is.

Looks like “surfs up” big waves

I think it’s the shading on the barrel. It just looks like wave froth at the peak and bottom. Maybe it it was reversed so the “wave” was backward it might not jump out.
I actually lifted the art from one of the movies. Little known bit of trivia, they used different gun barrels on different movie sequences.

I do agree though - it would need some serious work to get it to completion, but in the end I went with zombies. Otherwise I might have been "Poker Gun" on PCF.
