Does anybody else have big breakfasts on Christmas morning? Colleen starts prepping things today for breakfast tomorrow. Its pretty much the only breakfast of the year where I am not in charge.

Happy Valentine’s Day everybody. My wife and I came to one of our favorite hole-in-the-wall local gems for brunch. It has GREAT home style Venezuelan food. Family run place with great atmosphere, friendly staff and live latin classics on Sunday by a traditional harp player (a common style from the plains of venezuela).

It’s a very regional item in the US. Pretty much Maryland and Delaware, maybe parts of PA and VA. The Rappa Scrapple factory is located not far from me in lower slower Delaware. It’s actually very delicious although not marketed well naming wise.
