I live on salad/green beans, fruit, and turkey/chicken/fish/venison all week long
Cooking breakfast is one of my favorite things so we always indulge on the weekends! Lol

Sorry for the messy pic. I never remember to take a photo before I start eating. Sous vide hollandaise. Eggs Benedict with asparagus. BFD (breakfast for dinner).

Sous vide hollandaise requires a Sous vide setup (duh) and a stick blender. But it’s easy and foolproof. Highly recommended.

Breakfast sausage, tots, onion, sharp ched, mozzarella, eggs, milk, seasoning.

I make another one with cut up biscuits, pepper gravy and bacon + sausage.

Both are great.
