WARNING! PCF Member @Kid Donk and eBayer 'dan9955air'
His name is REMOVED from Lewiston, NY (also Youngstown, NY - across the street basically)
I recently sold a few racks of Palais des Congres chips on eBay. One of the bidders, dan9955air, was the winning bidder on my auction. He clearly won the listing with a snipe bid as it was placed exactly 1 second before auction end, and with the exact bid of $451.99. However, it took his full bid amount as there was another bid just barely below his at $449.52, which was less than the $5 minimum increment, so his full bid won the auction. Apparently he didn't like that though, he only wanted to bid that high to win it at a lower price, not his full price. He requested to "cancel" his bid AFTER the 10 day auction ended, giving me some bullshit line about his computer "freezing" on him at the last second, LOLOL... please. Frozen computers don't place bids, and they sure as shit don't snipe either. Obviously, I declined the request to cancel because that's bullshit. So what does he do? He pays for the item, forcing me to send it to him, then berates me via PM. I ship the chips out to him (knowing full well he's about to scam me, but what can I do? it's eBay afterall...) and wouldn't you know it, the scumbag sends them back to me and writes up some super long played out drama bullshit response on eBay claiming the chips weren't as described and sends photos of a few chips with very minor rack check marks on the face and one chip which looks like it had some ink on it from a pen. The chips were listed as ranging from excellent to near mint, which they most certainly are.
Then, I honor his request to return the chips, (paying for the shipping both ways of course) and what does he do? He leaves me negative feedback after getting his money!
You're a real stand-up guy @Kid Donk (y)
