I put both in chicken noodle soup too. Just Old Bay on steamed broccoli though.
I love making hash browns and doing it properly is a labor of love.
- Peel potatoes
- Grate potatoes
- Soak and drain grated potatoes
- Soak and drain grated potatoes
- Soak and drain grated potatoes
- Soak and drain grated potatoes
- Dry grated potatoes
- Heat cast iron skillet on medium
- Add oil and butter
- Toss in grated potatoes and cover for five minutes
- Flip and cook uncovered for 3 minutes
- Season to taste
- Dig in

Made me sad, because it is St Patty's Day afterall.
