PCF never disappoints!
@Darson i needed that recommendation/referral a lot sooner!
So, the start WAS a bit dramatic. Yesterday was BS. Today was just hectic. Random folks kept showing up to move us, I said idc if they stay, I didn’t hire anyone and have no idea who called them in.
In the end we ended up with a two man team, a hard working young man, and the family of 4 (the guy helped, the 3 women just chatted and played with the kids). We have no idea what happened, but a lot of stuff was unwrapped and nothing was labeled. I have no idea who went through everything, but it’s supposedly being looked into, I’m trying to help Sherlock this out.
Our inventory was in French, and 75% of everything was labeled as carton, or box.
In the end, it wasn’t overly crazy. Most things were just damaged, not broke. Bedroom suite, couches, desks, etc. Some chips in a grandfather clock, crack in the TV. While some stuff already had scratches or whatnot, they added dings or gouges to every corner.
This is pretty much every item, was good + condition before, now casino worn.
Completely missing is an office chair, top to kids outdoor table, and case of poker chips. Then again we got some other people’s things, a rug and some curtain rods (gave it to movers). Going to inventory tomorrow and see what chips were in there, so everyone can BOLO. Don’t know if they’re in France or US, but we got eyes everywhere!
