THC is a type of Paulson mold. It stands for Top Hat & Cane. You can find the definition here:

The Paris $1s chips are from an actual live casino, although whether they were played in the casino depends on how they were sourced. They are notoriously had to harvest (the word we use for taking chips from live casinos), but it is possible to get uncirculated mint chips from the cage (but only 5-10 chips at a time). Chances are, most racks have at least some chips that were used in the casino.

As for custom made, it is pretty much impossible to get custom-made Paulson chips. They stopped selling poker chips to the home market a few years ago. Generally, Paulson chips come from casinos or already-available fantasy sets (you can see this definition in the link I provide above).
