Got to use them at our home game last week. Feedback was mixed. Everyone thought they looked nice. Host really liked the color differences. A few players complained about mistaking the quarters for dollars and vica versa. I blame the Pharaoh's Club quarters. A few others had legitimate concerns about stack size unevenness, even in the same denom and in stacks of 20. I let them know that it was the nature of these kind of chips, but of course there's the "I pay good money for chips, I'd want them to stack evenly". I agree but it's not a deal breaker for me and hopefully not for them.
Later many people explained that "they're a little light" and "I like a heavier chip". I let them know they weigh about a gram less than the ones we played with previously. Likely the same weight of the Champ Poker Series chips.
Anyhow, they better get used to them. I like them so that's what counts.
This bothered me for a day then I got over it.
Dropped $90 at their inaugural game. Classic new set run bad.
Made $75 of it back the next night at the Pharaoh's Club game.
Hope yas enjoy the updated pr0n and I'll get some splashed pot pics from next game.
