What would you do with $1.4 billion? (2 Viewers)

Move to a state with no personal income tax. Try to collect in 2024 if possible.
Attempt to collect anonymously.
Move to a secure location as I and my family would become targets for kidnapping or home invasion.
Set up trust to give siblings something with stipulations that they ever ask me for more they lose the money in trust.
Budget for annual expected returns from investments to cover expenses, gifting, and fun.
Build a grand mosuleum for my dead ass to rot in that people for hundreds of years will take photos of (gargoyles and such).
Build museum for chips and gaming in LV and hire @BGinGA to curate it.
Buy a small card room in Washington and create my own custom Paulson's.
And of course, hookers and blow. ;)

I'd buy Celebrity Cruise Lines and will it to @BonScot
Just saw that they somehow cleared $3 billion in revenue last year alone. My paltry $700 million after taxes won't be near enough. Back to the drawing board...

But real talk, no one that knows me would ever see me again, especially in my state where lottery winners are not allowed to come forward anonymously. I'd pay a family member as a proxy to collect for me.

I'll do it

I 'd dedicate my life to personally overseeing how my $1.3billion donations would impact impoverished people with no clean fresh water to drink.
With the rest $100 million, I 'd buy a 911 again (just 200K) and I 'd donate to at least two dozens of friends some significant funds, so we could play High Stakes Poker. :)

weinman was saying he had to play a ton of high buyin tournies to offset the tax issue after winning the main. I guess that means a sort of discount on tournies for the remainder of the year. Would tournies also apply to lottery taxation or is that a different income category?

How much does it cost to open a casino? That seems like it would almost be a license to print money since the house has the best odds in most games. Sign me up for that.
