The year is 2024. 6 Months after PCF pool won the powerball.

The classifieds are a wasteland. Groups of chippers have banded together in the wilderness to pool their money in an attempt to simply purchase 1 set of chips.

But the Powerball Pool. They don't allow it. For they now run these lands.
