Golf buddies: "Let's play some poker on our golf trips from now on."
Me: "Finally! I can make this work."
---
Travel set - $1/2 cash stakes, NLHE almost exclusively. We're okay with making change or dragging real paper money into the mix because our trips are rarely local and there's a reasonable weight and size limit to traveling with a chip set. In my case, I'll need it to fit in a backpack (this specific instance, for sure) or a duffel-sized carry-on. Stakes should play smaller or right on average.
Any thoughts? I could go custom (or stock, or slightly tweaked) ceramic, I could go stock lowball sluggos, I could maybe justify a small purchase of casino used Paulsons. 200 chips seems a reasonable amount (think a 6 max table at the absolute highest end of the spectrum).
What's my bank? What's the ratio? How many denoms? Golf theme customs? Couple of racks with lids or some other contraption?
Have at it chip pros. This will be fun.
