Discussed with another member in another thread that there were sets out there that he may like more than the newest Paulson chips that we have seen. Admittedly those new chips are BADASS, but there are definitely sets that I enjoy (looking at) more. Would you guys mind sharing some of your favorites?

**Caveat: Please post any custom, semi-custom, Paulson, CPC, TRK you like, just please don't post your own custom set because....well that should be obvious if you have a custom set. And please only discuss the chip sets that are actually in this thread!**

Here are a few of mine (@mods I did not take these pics but I found them on this site):

Lakeshore Inn:

Palais de Congres:

WOW, I had never seen the Lake Shore Inn chips before.

Daaayyyuuumm, those are sweet. Anyone have a sample set to sell me???

Cool thread!

Couple of my favorites

There’s so many really. Most leaded Paulson THC’s with cool shaped, textured inlays would qualify, in my opinion.
I’ll post mine - it’s not the biggest set of these around, and really, it only qualifies as a set if you’ve only got 4-5 players, but I’m still working on it - one by one:

Sorry. I missed someone, so you actually, didn't make the cut. Your spot goes to @BeagleStorm . My apologies.

Total mistake on my part. You're in slot 20.

Oceanside Card Club. At least one member here (or his brother) is known to have a set. Shaped inlays, great colors, THC, and a consistent spot pattern (and I think leaded to boot).

WOW....would really like to see a pic of a set!

I've always been a real casino chip collector. Once upon a time a cash set from any casino was a tough find. Having choices is a luxury that most people take for granted. A tournament set was unheard of.

So with that being said the only chips I really like more than some of the Star chips are casino tournament sets. Two in particular... The first is the Cleveland WSOP set and the second is the ACF Paulson set.

Really like that there are already so many t Cali color set.

Don’t know if I have a favorite but certainly an unchecked box for me currently.

This is the one and only giant inlay set to my recollection that makes me say, "Yeah, okay...that's pretty good. I'd own that"

Duy's Palace, by Viet Rounder, remember them? Probably my all-time number one chips, and I have a largish set of Vineyards...

They belong in an museum of art.

Secondaries? I don't know how anybody could.

I sold mine, too -- and it wasn't that hard. There are *so* many great sets!

Edit: Just remembered what made me sell them -- I acquired a large set of Grand Victorias, and found that I liked the GV $5 even more than the PCA secondary $5.

remember them?
Wasn't around for them, but have seen the images. Would love a sample set of them if it's out there. Not my particular cup of tea as far as *owning* a playable set goes, but that's one of the best sets BCC ever produced, and one of the best custom sets ever made by anyone.
