Annual family road trip from Miami to upstate New York. Stopped by this old treasure of kitsch Americana. I feel like there is a set design to be had here with the bright colors and distinctive quirky motif. Or maybe a road trip America set design with the kitschy stops like Wall Drug, Big Foot Museum, Corn Palace, etc.

Grand re-re-opening. Everyone was feeling rusty and frisky. First hand was an all-in. 6 rebuys before the first hour was finished. Taj Mahal replicas cards mold in play.

RIP the namesake monster mango tree…

The tree had been infested with a termite hive that we have been unable to neutralize after multiple treatments over the years and had rot at the core. We lost some scary sized limbs in the last hurricane. It was poorly positioned too close to the power lines and to the house. We are in the process of completely redesigning the backyard and building some construction and had an arborist recommend removal. So my upcoming CPC sets will commemorate the tree. And I will replant a mango elsewhere.
