Broken Bell formally Blue Chip CPCs (1 Viewer)

B mold is maybe my third or fourth favorite mold. It's a nice look

Once I see it in person, I'll know if I'm going to use it or not. If not, then it will be the A-Crest.

B-mold would be a nice fit to the current theme you have. But why acrest mold if you don't like it? Inlay size?

I have one sample chip of the B-mold and I like the feel and optic very much.

Just had some fun based on your mock-up. B-mold would be perfect for this project.

That looks way better than mine. Nice!

Looks amazing, Pat. I think I'd go with the city in blue text, too. I would NOT make the denom bolder (in before somebody screams to do so). Only other thing I might change is the color of the bell... but to what, I don't know....

It was either Broke Bell or Broken Bell. B mold for sure if I stick with the name/theme.

There is where I am at right now. Going to wait until I get a Broken Bell inlay image on them before I make anymore changes. I should have a color sample set this upcoming week too.

Personally think you'll still have an issue with the red on red for the $5. Otherwise beautiful set.

I'm sure I will change it once I see the color samples.

jumping in,
sorry if mentionned above,
this thread will turn in a personal set or GB ?

Good morning Tommy ;)

Changed denom and location font and fit the design to CPC artwork requirements.
I have to say that I don't like your color choices for the redbird, otherwise it's a damn sexy set.

Thanks. Looks good. I will have to look them over a bit to see if I want to make any tweaks. I have one more style that I am hacking up in photoshop today. I'll post it when I'm done.
I will probably change the colors on the $5 once I get the color samples. I don't like your choice for the base color on the quarter. :p

Thanks. I have 2 more design ideas for the inlay that I would like to see too. Also, Broken Bell is what first came to mind but now I'm thinking of Broke Bell too. Decisions!

Maybe I will start a poll. :)

stunning looking set!!! I will be in for a sample set fo' shizzle

PS. I prefer the look of Blue Chip and the art to the broken bell. Poll is in order:)

Broke Bell reminds me of Broke Back mountain.

My other idea was having Broken Bell in the same style font as Blue Chip. Have Card Room instead of Casino - Resort. Then a larger bell with less opacity behind it. I just can't make that mockup. :(

Thx. After seeing color samples I'll will be changing the $5 chip. Definitely retro red for the base. Not sure of the spots yet.

Freakin Awesome, I love ALL, but the 5. The card room name, label, and edge spots are very nice, I like 500 and 1000

I assume the "NCV" chip is to be used as a "non-denom" chip (haven't read the entire thread - I've just been gushing over the mock-ups :) ). It's a huge pet peeve of mine when chips intended to be used as a versatile, non-denom chip (5¢ chip, $20 chip, T25k, bounty, etc.) has NCV on the inlay/label/stamp. I understand that the two are often used interchangeably but if you are using it as a nickel or a $20 in a cash game but it says "No Cash Value" on it....well, you get the idea. Maybe I'm the only one who is bothered by this.
