Finally a thread I can offer some expertise to..
As above, kahlua in the caucasian but if coffee is your target then baileys all the way.
If you're north of the wall, give forty creek cream or carolanne's a try in the coffee.
South of the border? Buffalo trace cream, though it's a little pricey to dump in coffee. It's a win win win win
 
Just beat up some egg yokes with sugar and add some brendy or burbon.....Much better than anything you can buy....It is Georgian way....
 
Rum chauda part of this discussion? They sell them in “creamer” style cups. We had some at the office for a cocktail happy hour and one of our admins put all the extras in our coffee station on Monday morning because she didn’t know it was alcohol.
 
Baileys for me.

I made a cappuccino yesterday with 1/2 the milk switched out for Baileys and that was amazing
