Looking for some feedback for my custom felt. Here are two mockups so far. Betting line built in. :)
I don't think I want to have that much white. So maybe a light gray would look better?
I was thinking of having a SSC design that fades out but I'm open to solid colors with a gradient too.

Ideas?

make it look like this, with custom-dyed (or stitched) leather rail:

Actually, I think I'd combine the designs..... black rail, edge-spot design outside the betting line (no white that way), promo chip center w/ssc design background.

This version is a little less cluttered, and might work better for table art (with ssc background):

I'm not sure I follow. I'm just changing the SSC on the table that I have now with a custom-dyed cloth. Just put that logo in the center?

Like so? (I dunno what happened to the outline on some of the letters but I can put it back)

Yep, exactly. Sorta looks like a chip in a black air-tite. May want to go with a slightly-lighter charcoal V spot to give the felt a continuous 'chip' look, or it may not matter depending on the actual fabric and rail colors and textures.

And your PCF initials looks like my ms-paint skills, only better. :) You really want www. and .com on there? Looks awfully busy....

That's preety neat. Can we try the chip inside and faux fading ssc on the outside? (keeping the ring where it is)

Not sure I follow. Do you want the orange/lightorange/black in the center or behind the text?

Take out everything inside the white ring and put the chip inside of that. If my laptop wasn't down, I could make some rough mockups.

I'd be careful about using to much orange with your PCF set. I'd want something that the chips pop on, not get lost in the felt.

Didn't think about that. I will take that into consideration. Thanks!

I like the second one. I'm trying to decide if I should keep it big for the betting line, or make is smaller and don't do a betting line.

^^^^This....I like the fact that the betting line is the CHIP....second in post #13 all the way.

Yep. Chips outta the gray are in play. Make it a sign on the wall......

SSC or not, it still needs to be gray. "Chips beyond the gray are in play."

Will be the first words I mutter upon playing a pot at your place one day, sign or no.

A nice shade of gray would probably work better. Maybe something like the Fat Tire felt.

If it's a custom print (ChanMan gaming suede?), the ssc is faux anyway, correct? Even so, it does hide dirt and wear better than a solid color. Maybe a two-tone gray ssc with less contrast.

Did you get the edits? I'm bad about posting add-ons... a fringe hangover from running re-buy tournaments, I think.

Das good?

Or like so?

I'm actually thinking maybe ditching the fade on the SSC part completely.

I like the second one without a fade.

Up to Tommy, but you may want to drop the outer black ring on the chip (to make it look more like a clay chip).

Yeah I figured, but I thought I'd give it a try with a roughen effect. I'd never let something like that go to print. I would at least extend the edge spots to the edge of the chip properly.
