I’m a few days into Assassins Creed Shadows. I’ve like all the games in the AC series. This one seems absolutely huge.
20+ hours into Blue Prince. It still feels like I have a lot to uncover. I have rolled the credits, but that is hardly the end. I've never really given a ton of thought to what my favorite video game of all time is, but this one is making a run at the title.
This year had been pretty great for games so far. Split Fiction, Blue Price, and Expedition 33. I've heard Kingdom Come 2 is good too. And here's to hoping Mario Kart World and Metroid Prime 4 are excellent.
Anyone playing X4: Foundations? Considering picking that up.

Any Warzone players here?
If I decide to pick it up I’ll wait for a steam sale.Looks like they've done a recent overhaul to the game, pretty cool that so many years later they're still working on it, and I imagine there's a solid modding community as well.
But kinda crazy to be asking $50 for a 7-year old game I think
Battlefield’s great too, I’ve logged about 100 hours in 2042. The gameplay is kind of meh, but the maps are awesome. I’m still a BF noob lol.
That’s a crazy story I can’t believe that happened. Such a shitty situation I’d be furious too.So I had grown up playing Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Vietnam, etc. I put a TON of hours into BF3 and BF4. Then one day, I wind up kicked and discover I'm perma-banned by PunkBuster.
I had never cheated (my unimpressive K/D ratio would attest to that) and had played for years without issue. Best I could gather was that a recent upgrade to my system where I added some RGB fans or lights of some sort, others who were using the software that controls those lights were finding themselves banned by Punkbuster as well.
So I went through their appeal process, and it took them 2 weeks to tell me that they couldn't tell me what cheat I was accused of using, but that I was shit out of luck, my ban was staying and the only way I could play again would be to buy new fucking copies of the games.
I wound up not supporting or ever playing BF1 or BF5 (although i don't even think they had punkbuster) cause I was pissed after YEARS that had happened and I had zero fucking recourse.
Then when BF2042 was on the horizon I was excited, paid to get the EA yearly pass for $99 so I could play it plus whatever else, and at launch it was absolute fucking trash, I don't know how they screwed it up so bad.
I haven't returned.
Just sold my classic PS2 and Xbox 360 with a ton of games to a local. Hardest parting was Silent Hill 1 & 2 remastered, so many hours exploring that world man.Well, I'm playing two games at once, which is rare. Tomb Raider V Chronicles Remastered and Silent Hill 1 on the emulator, both on PC.
Hmm, I didn't know they had a remaster for Silent Hill. I have the remaster for 2 on PC. I thought I played Silent Hill when it originally came out but I must've been high because I realize after starting it that was not the case. I've always loved the Resident Evil series and this definitely reminds me of that.Just sold my classic PS2 and Xbox 360 with a ton of games to a local. Ah, good call, it was 2 and 3! Misspoke, never played the first actually.Hmm, I didn't know they had a remaster for Silent Hill. I have the remaster for 2 on PC. I actually have The Evil Within I think, for PS4 maybe. I think it's still unopened lol. I might have to give it a try then. I only bought a PS3&4 for Uncharted and then TLoU was a bonus. Amazing games as well.Ah, good call, it was 2 and 3! Misspoke, never played the first actually.
Ever played any of the Evil Within? Fun call backs to inventory management. My intro to these types of games was Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare. Was way too scary for my age, I was horrified, it was incredible.
Its fun. Not world changing but overall fun, good progression, good soundtrack and ambiance. Usual survival horror where it starts more stealthy and ends in crazy huge-boss combatI actually have The Evil Within I think, for PS4 maybe. I think it's still unopened lol.
