I'll be honest, I don't watch it much but it came in handy today...

I had it streaming on one of my monitors and saw the skid-out happen real-time. I quickly ran out to help the poor kid. He was really bummed, as the car still had temp tags and he apparently just picked it up last week. There was no visible front end damage, I just hope the axle and steering components don't show damage later on. My heart went out to him; I know how money is tight at that age.

So uh, we got a bit of snow. (Canada, right above of Maine.)

Also looking other way you can see the tree that snapped last snow storm. Two more had to come down for safety's sake so that pile is 3 trees. This window used to have more privacy. Lol.

Edit: Just watched it again and saw he was there the whole time. Was focused on the main car the first time.

Sure he was grateful that someone actually took time to get involved and help out another fellow human being! Good to have eyes out front of your house. Think I’m gonna look into getting something like the nest. What? No poker talk? Lol

Edit: Just watched it again and saw he was there the whole time. Was focused on the main car the first time.

Yup. He was approaching the intersection (from the side street) just as we walked up, and turned out to provide some protection for us from oncoming traffic. Props to the Denver PD on the assist!
