Beginning to look like more blanks will be purchased (along with separate labels) than actual labeled chips...... meaning the biggest volume discount may apply to blanks rather than to factory-labeled chips. :
still can go cash chips with tourney labels, right?
what about mixing cash and tourney?
Would it be easier/cheaper to order them as blanks and then label myself or would the labels have a separate cost?
Green - 25
Black - 100
Pink - 500
Orange - 1000
Blue - 5000
Red - 25000
This is what I'd be looking at for a tourney set. I don't know how to put the re-arrange the labels to see a picture of the progression, but I think this is the winner for me.
Maybe a bounty/NCV label?
Not sure if we will have to hit a minimum on any of the labels.

@p5woody ... I see you're from PA. I grew up in NEPA. I am curious - is this set by chance inspired by the real Mountain Top?
What are the options to find 43mm racks? I wasn't clear if the chipco racks ABC picked up are 43s, are they?
@p5woody could you guesstimate a cost for the set above? https://www.pokerchipforum.com/thre...p-casino-gb-interest.28934/page-4#post-538616
250 x 25 - cash chip
250 x 100 - cash chip
125 x 500 - cash chip
150 x 1000 - different color cash chip
50 x 5000 - different color tourney chip
25 x 25000 - different color tourney chip
Just seeing if it's cost prohibitive to be custom or not.
Sorry if this is confusing, I can try to explain better if need be. I linked my previous post so you can see what I mean.
The estimate is 70¢ per chip with a label, it doesn't matter how you mix and match. Assuming all your chips are labelled (850 x .7) = $595 (This includes shipping from China, but does not include shipping from the GB shipper). If you go with blank chips it would be 12¢/chip cheaper. Does this answer your question?
As far as I understand it, this applies only to a chip with its default label.Any chip with any label is .70/chip
I think so. Just wanted to make sure I understand. Any chip with any label is .70/chip, not including art fee .02/chip and reshipping. I was worried that trying to mix and match was going to cause the price to jump up to where it didn't make sense to get anything other than base.
I appreciate the work yourself and everyone else that is helping with the GB put in! This is my first one so I feel like I ask a lot of redundant questions so thank you for taking the time to explain things to me! I know this is a "cheap" buy for most but this will be the most I've ever spent on poker chips so I want to get it right!

Let's say you want the yellow cash game chip. This will be 70c with its regular $20 label, but 90c with any other label (58c blank chip + 2 x 16 c for two labels).
Please someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought we were going with Option 2 (see post #53).
Thanks for making this clear!Lets try to explain it this way:
Yellow Cash chip with $20 label is 70¢, it will come ready to play.
Yellow Cash chip with $25 label is 70¢ , However you will need to apply the label yourself once they are received.
Yellow Cash chip with no label is 58¢ but then you would need to add your own label outside of the GB.
