I like the 1st one best. The progression is perfect.

No, a PERFECT progression would be top row 5, 25, 1000, 100, 500.

Why not simply take two or three versions of the $1k? This is your highest denom, so you probably won't need too many of them. 25? 50?

Grey/White/Red is a great-looking color combo which also goes very will with black ($100) and purple ($500). Because of this I will order the regular $1k chip. But I will also add a secondary $1k to my set, either orange or yellow, so I can always play with the $1k chip that I'm in the mood for.

I'm in the camp with @Perthmike, I have never played with a ceramic chip I like but everyone has only rave reviews on these.

I have 400 Burro's coming so if I like them as much as everyone says I will put in a larger order for these right at the deadline, so i am glad the order deadline has been extended!

@Perthmike and anyone else on the fence out there. I know this is a different design but I believe the same chip - It took me all of 30 seconds to love everything about them!! (And my iPhone pic doesn't do them justice)

I also really like the top row but prefer T25 base tournaments. I'm thinking of adding the cash $20 as a T5000.

What do people think of this breakdown? Flexibility for 10 player single table T5 or T25 base events:

125 x T5
125 x T25
125 x T100
50 x T500
125 x T1000
50 x cash $20 as T5000
25 x cash gray extra lives
25 x ??? bounties
1 maybe 2 x Dealer buttons

I want to allow for some (half in this case) starting stacks with 15 x T5s in them for newer players , hence the bump up from 100. I'm thinking this could make for a nice T1500 stack (or bigger) tourney and an extra life with 3 x T500s like is discussed in this thread:

It also allows up to T15,000 stacks and an extra life with 3 x T5000 chips as a T25 base tourney set. Looks like I may have room for one more roll of chips in a MFRB. Maybe I could implement twice the amount of bounty chips in a game (one for each life). Just need to choose a chip!

Quality should be fine, but if you are thinking about a custom label anyways I'd order blanks and design what you want now.

They are actually pretty high quality, imo. Nothing like the standard factory china clay labels, if that's the concern. True white base with glossy laminate.
