I'll post my quantities next week. I still don't know if I want to do a two table cash set or not. My minimum order will be 500ish.

43mm racks from ABC (formerly made by PGI) are a fantastic fit. Not sure if ABC has them stocked yet but I imagine he has the mold and equipment to eventually do so.

How about the Orange tourney chip instead of the peach? Similar color tones but with a spot pattern that fits a little better with the other chips.

That dose look better. I'm stuck between the two designs, cash and tournament. I don't know if this is silly but a 1k chip too me has to be orange. I know I was reaching with the peach .25 . It did look out of place. I kinda feel the tournament and cash chips don't mix well? I wanted to keep the theme of the round edge spots if I could without it looking off.

Personally, I don't mind mixing the stripes and round spots at all. I'd be a little more concerned about the two red'ish chips next to each other.

Here's a possible line-up that keeps the orange chip (using the orange cash chip) but swaps out that last red chip. No repeated spot patterns and no back-to-back red chips.

Was thinking of doing a mix n match with the labels to get more color in a micro cash set.

Is there too much red going on here. What's the likelihood of the $1 and $5 being confused with each other?

I would be careful about using a red $5 chip with other chips using a red edge spot. Might be dirty stack issues.
 
Will there be a second run of these or is this the only run of this design? Not sure if colors/design will be adjusted after @p5woody receives his color proofs or after 1st run. Txs

At this time there is no plan for a 2nd run. However, if there is enough interest and somebody is willing to coordinate it then it could be done. For this run, I will only adjust colors if something doesn't print as expected.
 
I realize these chips are not made yet but is there PrOn of other Sunfly 43 mm. chips I can check out?

So I host a long running super micro cash game for my family, mostly oldsters, like multiple 70+ and a 94 year-old. It's 5c/10c $10 buy in mostly NLTH but other games as well. Since none of my cash sets have nickles, we have been using red tournament 5's and green 25's for years. I would like to buy a new set of these to use but don't want to agitate the oldies by going totally outside the box with the colors. I am open to suggestions on this set. Is anyone else doing a super micro set? I would like to see what you have come up with. Thanks!!

Edit: I may have invented the phrase "super micro cash game"

Any potential of the Green and Blue getting confused?

I agree that you should not stray far from the colors you're playing with currently.
