I have a rack of 818-spotted OWPS chips, and was considering getting a rack from the 8V group buy -- two more spot patterns for me to choose from when building a 43mm hybrid set with a custom spot progression.

Gotta have labels available for it to be a reasonable-cost alternative, unless I use aftermarket label replicas or another design altogether.

I like the cash 100 so much more than the tourney.
I like the cash green base better than the tourney too....
And I’m a sucker for the CDI purple for 500’s
But hey I’m just following along here, loving the way y’all are putting this together

The more I look at them, I am not a fan of the edge strips not going all the way to the label. It makes them look like someone brushed it on with a marker. The half moon s are fine, but the stripes look weird to me as is.

Do spotted Paulson THC or 43mm chips look weird to you? Spots hardly ever go all the way to the edge of a standard-size inlay recess. It typically only occurs with oversize recess RHC chips.

Yes, making progress, hoping to open an order thread by the end of the week.

Starting to play around with a dealer button, match the inlay or something a little different like this gray?

I like the Black one just a little bit more, but maybe do both colors with the black on one and the gray on the other? Or I'd buy both if separate buttons were made. I'd be in to purchase Dealer buttons and bounties if they are made. Thanks.

How does the GB work?
Are some samples run that I could buy before committing to a full 1000 chip set?

Always a fan of multiple dealer button designs, so that I can refer to different tables by dealer button color (black/white, or black/gray in your examples above). May want to make a blue or red option, too..

Samples will not be available for these specific chips. All orders must be placed before the chips are made. However if you post a want ad in the classifieds, you might be able to find somebody that has a sample set they are willing to sell or loan to you. All Sun-Fly 43mm hybrid chips will have the same feel, the only difference is the artwork printed on them.

For those that have sets of Sunfly 43mm hybrids, what is your opinion of them, especially how do they stack? How slick are they? I sold off my Bellagio ceramics years ago because they were too slick to stack.

Search feature is your friend. Just reading this thread would probably suffice.

After posting the same thing ten times, there's enough out there already. Simple search will find it.

In the time it took you to make two condescending posts you could have answered my question. I have looked. I did search. I didn't find what I was looking for. I have been a mod on other forums. I know how this works. Get off your high horse.

No high horse here. I just did a quick search of "43mm hybrid" and it pulled up a bunch of posts with reviews. Don't know why it's not working for you, maybe different parameters. I thought it had also already been addtessed earlier in this thread; maybe not. But it's certainly been addressed a lot elsewhere.

Recommending using a search tool is not condescending. Many folks simply overlook it, until it's pointed out. No need to assume the worst when somebody tries to help you.

Well that de escalated pretty quickly...

They stack amazingly well.
They aren't slick, I assume because of the increased surface contact area of the chip...
They are VERY stable, and handle quite well. I love my Mayfairs, and I'm currently considering a large set of this design as well. Before the Boardwalk group buy, I obtained a sample of the Ascona's (43mm hybrid on the other mold, larger inlay) and they were a totally different beast. Stacked poorly and were fairly slick. These are not like that at all.
