I just assumed barrels of about 20, but I rarely stack more than 50 high in play, so anything 60+ is more than enough for me. I didn't want to do this, but I'm probably going to have to get in for a small set of these.
Maybe I can get my local cardroom to get in on it too - their stupid plastic chips are barely stable in stacks of 20, and 30 is out of the question. No, I'm not remotely kidding.

My set I’ll be repeating spot patterns on the 5000 and 25,000 chip but it’s ok. I really like the pink and blue.

Any suggestions on chip racks for these? I don't have any racks that will fit 43mm chips.
ChipCo racks with the suits on them. Perfect fit IMO. @ABC Gifts and Awards sells them now. Check with Gene.

Might have been @Tommy during a previous 43mm group buy.
I spend my money on the Chipco 43mm 'suits' acrylic racks (great fit for 43mm hybrids or IHC Paulsons), and keep 'em in a 20" Member's Mark weatherproof Pelican-style clone case (holds 1000 chips, 5 racks across two deep with room for cards, plaques, dealer buttons, and five more upside-down racks on top for extra protection).

Only if we have a large enough demand for it. Not sure what the minimum is for Sun-Fly, but I don't think 20-30 is going to be enough.

These hold 43mm chips. Available in 400 or 500 - cheap, and free prime shipping. As with most cheap cases, this is better for storage than transportation. The latches are suspect, but kind of neat. I think it's a nice looking case; it's fairly low profile, no space wasted on cards or dice.
