After recently getting my custom tournament set and a poker room upgrade, figured it was a good time to start a thread.
Currently running a monthly game on the 3rd Saturday of the month that include a $40 bounty tournament and then a 25¢/50¢ cash game and normally have from 6-12 players. Come October we will add a week night $1/$1 cash game. Located north of Seattle in the Bothell. If you're ever around, stop by for some beers and poker.
I started hosting back in '06 using dice chips, but did make my own tables. Always had full tables but it was only tournaments.
My first real chips where Paulson Pharaoh's
Hosting started picking up again in 2015. Started thinking about custom chips and found PCF in 2016. Jumped in on the Horseshoe group buy and added a cash game to the mix
After 9 years it was time to upgrade the tables. I originally listed them on craigslist. Had 2 older guys come by to purchase one for the VFW club and donated both tables to them.
Had to go with Chanman tables and custom cloth
Early '18 my neighbors sold their house and a new 2 story place went up towering over my house, so it was time to move. The new house had to have a poker room.
Dec '18 I closed on my new place. This is the poker room staged with furniture.
Feb '19, the Rubicon Card Room opens
