The problem here is that my range is polarized in that spot to AK/QQ+

So the guy with Jacks is AT BEST coin-flipping and at worst completely dominated. Add in the fact that after he saw the hands face-up he even exclaimed "oh, I'm ahead!" like he called expecting to have the losing hand, and this is a clear fold imo

in before "I thought all three of them had AK"
 
I'll extend this a bit further. In the early-mid levels of a casino tournament you are likely still working on your table image.
Absolutely. Because in the beginning, you’re playing with the same people for a long time. I tend to take a more passive approach to establishing a table image - the cards I get and the situations I’m in will often dictate that. What’s more important to me is recognizing whatever table image you’ve established that day, and then finding opportunitues to exploit it.
 
Definitely a fold for me as well, but a great post as an excellent hand to elucidate some of the thought patterns, calculations, etc. that people are using.
