If the main colors of your 5/25/100 are red/green/black, what color are your fracs and ones? (1 Viewer)

I’m trying to envision a custom chip set to be printed on the cards mold chips. I know I want a red $5, green $25, and black $100. I think traditionally $1s are white or blue, but since I can design anything….

Anyway, what color would you recommend for fracs and ones?

Probably the most traditional with your stated red $5, green $25, black $100 would be a white $1 and then a yellow or blue $0.25 or a pink $0.50. But then again, if you go custom you can do anything you like.

White $1s. Fracs most any color that doesn’t conflict with the rest. Tan, pink, orange, yellow, whatever.

If a white $1, I like a blue 25c, and a pink or yellow 5c:

white chips get visibly dirtier quicker than any other colour chip just like white shoes. If you have the option I would avoid using white chips all together especially for a denom that will see a lot of play. Just my 2c worth. Blue or a grey would be my choice for a $1 any other colour that pleases your for a frac

Think about the best player in your group, your main competition. Is he used to a particular set of chips and particular colored $1s at his favorite casino? If so, pick anything else for your one, and see if it screws with his mind.

I prefer Blue for $1 & Green for Fracs if I am doing a Cali set and White for $1 with various options for fracs if I am doing a more standard colour set.

Fracs - Bluish / Purplish
$1 - White

Fracs - Pinkish
$1 - White

Fracs - Yellow
$1 - White

Traditionally, white $1
Modern, blue $1
Frac, anything that's not the above. When using a blue $1, I like a yellow frac.

With a white $1, I think a blue frac looks nice.

My primary leaded Paulson set has Day Blue quarters and off white dollars. Ignore the yellow chip. I was going to add a $20 to the set, but changed my mind.

I am going to have labels made to turn that charcoal chip into my hundos.

I am also planning a CPC set with DG Tiger $5s, green $25s and black $100s. Plus a few more chips. Going to go with yellow $1s and Imperial Blue/DG Pink quarters. Ignore the fact that all chips have a $20 label right now. The dark green/peach is a nickel, the lavender is the $20 and the DG peacock is the $500.
