I bought a 4$ syntethic scarf on the internet for my poker suitcase.
This image is photoshopped because at first I uused the scarf for the upper part of the suitcase... but lately I decided that that way it was too easy, lol
So I took a photo of the upper part, and gave it a try af applying the same scarf to the bottom. It worked.
So I left the scarf on the bottom and ordered a second one to put on the upper part once again.
When I am going to receive the item, that's the way the final result is going to look.

What did you use to affix the scarf to the inside?

You can use nothing; once the lower platform is in place, the scarf will never move ever again (it will never lose the required central position).
Of course, the result will never be like a glued/perfectly covered suitcase, but the scarf is still enough to be practical when taking chips in and out, which is enough for me.
If you want to get a more 'glued-like' bottom, I guess you can use bi-adesive tape. I just don't feel the need.
