A while back I wanted to introduce bounty chips to the home game I host and wanted the regular players to have something a little more personalized. Each player sent me an image of more or less what they wanted and I designed the rest. Went super DIY and sliced up a 2 inch wooden dowel and printed the logos on clear labels. These might be on their way out soon as I recently ran these prompts through an AI image generator to freshen them up, will post the updates eventually, I’m still deciding whether or not to get them printed on clay chips.

It's not a (super-) expensive project to turn teal clay chips into bounty chips (or anything else). You can do an inlay replacement on a shuffle stack of any chip that catches your eye in Classifieds or in some cases do a simple overlabel. Just need to get your label art printed by yourself or a trusted vendor.

Here’s an update to the logos. Still trying to decide how to turn them into buttons/chips
  1. Relabel a barrel of chips so only difference is the label 43mm
  2. Full print ceramic 60mm
  3. Acrylic
  4. Order 43mm large inlay sample set and let players choose which chip they like from the samples. DIY label

How about BR Pro? I believe they can do custom chips in various sizes. It seems like they will do a quantity of 1 per design as long as the edge isn't customized.

I really only need about 2 per player maybe 3 but for our game it’s typically 2 rebuys. I think BR Pro has a minimum 10 order per design but I can also order a sample set or two and just overlay another label.

One of my players mentioned adding a bottle opener to them which peaked my interest in going the acrylic route

If you don't mind the edges being white they will do 49mm chips in quantities under 10.

With 12 images that would be 24 or 36 chips so $114 or $171. Not bad for custom bounty chips! I'd gladly pay $15 for my own custom bounty chips if I was a regular player in your game.
