Blue light blocking glasses (1 Viewer)

A bunch of my coworkers use them. I haven’t tried them yet.

I have 3 pairs of Gunner glasses (2) 65% blockers and (1) 98% blocker. They work wonders sitting in front of a screen 70% of my day. Eye strain problems have almost gone away as well as the headaches. I even wear them when driving especially at night as they help with my headlight blindness issues. Can't do without them now.

I have a pair of prescription glasses that have the blue light filter, I wasn’t sure it helped or did anything, so when my wife ordered me a pair of cheap backup glasses from an online site she didn’t get it and I can definitely tell a difference in the glasses now. Definitely worth it if you are looking at computer screens all day.

TLDR: Both of the studies actually found that the blue-blocking filters have no effect, no significant effect on digital eye strain. This didn't really come as a major surprise to us because there really is no mechanism whereby the blue light should be causing digital eye strain.

Edit to add, I paid extra to have the blue light blocking coating on 2 pairs of glasses I bought last month. What a sucker...

I was skeptical but I can see the difference. (no pun intended ;))

Experience would tell me otherwise.

My Gunner's also have a slight magnification .25% so they also help and double as cheaters/readers. Work for me YMMV.

Anyone else wear blue light blocking glasses? I picked up a 3 pack of reading glasses from Amazon back in July for $17. Eye strain and blurry vision went away. If you stare at screens most of the day, I'd would give them a try.
I don't know how or if they differ in functionality, but I started wearing perscription glasses with a 10% tint about 7 or 8 years agos. My eyes were constantly twitching prior to that, but haven't twitched in years.
