The last one always made me think of a town full of excited cowboys, but it's nothing more than a crossroads with a turnpike exit. Such a waste of a great name.

One that always confuses the hell out of me is Llano. I automatically think it’s a Welsh word so should be pronounced Clano but then found out it’s a Spanish word that is pronounced Yano. The local Texans pronounce it Lano…
