You can switch it to goods and services if you want it's ok

Yeah, PCF throws up a big red flag with PayPal. Dunno what they think it is (could be several things), but when I explained that it was just a chip collecting discussion forum (and that MoscowRadio was just some guy in Arizona, not a Russian spy ring) they let my payment through. No problem with using the family/friends option. Learned a big lesson on what NOT to type in the future, though.

Don't put "PCF" on your message. It's a listed entity on OFAC and European regulations...
It's the short name of a company based in Syria.

That's probably why PayPal ask more information...
