What you are going to want to do is find a Krispy Kreme when they have the 'hot now' light on, and buy you a box of those. Just original glazed fresh from the fryer is magical. Either one is disrespectful. I’m guilty of it too, of course. Even if we could objectively define a thread as negative, as long as the content is important to at least one person, then the derailing is disrespectful.
You’d be surprised. I’m a member of thedonutforum.com. Threads there get really nasty about everything from high-gluten flours to the coloring used in sprinkles. But then, someone shows a pic of their new dice chips in the off-topic sub-forum, and everyone gushes.
