Other than selling them, is there anything anyone can think of that you could do with some chipco ceramic chips? Can you bleach or sand/polish them to make blanks, for example? Anything useful?
 
Make a one of those clear epoxy covered tabletops with them.

You could drill them and make ceramic chain mail or a belt?

How about passing them on to someone that could use them?

Make fishing lures out of them.
Who cares if they work, they get you out of the house and on the lake
 
Re-tile your bathroom floor.
Hey... really good idea! Maybe not tiling the bathroom floor but I've seen tile back splashes that have had decorative elements added in with other tiles. If you've got a poker room (or rec area) and you have a wall or snack bar you plan to tile, chipcos could be added in there. It would be rather permanent though, so be sure you like them.
 
Well, you could go green and use them for reusable ass wipe.
Just boil them clean and use over and over! Save the planet and avoid hoarding TP.
