I don't remember the width of TR King chips, but I remember many turning up their noses at those because they were slightly smaller in width. I love TR King chips, but don't think I would like 36mm.

Yep, that was one of the (really stupid) reasons I didn't buy a large set of TRK Deadwoods back when they were readily available. The MD-50 mold is also slightly smaller than 39mm, but it is one of my favorites. Some BCC 'heavyweight' chips are 39.5mm. China clays and most injection-molded chips are 40mm. I can tell the difference in diameter blindfolded.
