Kessel Run isn't a metric of time, he's not boasting about his speed, he is boasting about his brawn. (its a metric of distance, he goes through a region of space that most wouldn't travel and he did it right under the Imperial's nose)

but I agree, I like the name idea - The Kessel Room or The Kessel Roooooom

There was a few mock ups, there is a thread on it, some good ideas but I don't think they pulled the trigger on it

Personally, I wouldn't want characters on the chips. It would make them look like souvenir chips. I would want something that looks like it came from the casino you create. Imagine a backstory for the owner of the casino and what his/her personality is like. What type of clientele it's trying to attract, or what power it's trying to not offend. Design a chip as if you're there instead of just adding tropes to the design. The possibilities are endless, so a good question to ask yourself is if there is any time period that most interests you. Original trilogy, prequel trilogy, sequel trilogy, old republic. etc... Then decide light side, dark side, smuggler, scum and villainy, etc... That should help narrow down your options for design choice and. Look to real chips for inspiration. Maybe old nevada chips like the Pioneer with a star wars twist, or Binions, or Star Dust.

Personally, I’d stick to the original three movies. Actually the first two for your inspiration.
 
I would likely do different light sabers, there is some really cool variation in the hilts and crystals, the lore of different owners. Include 'Legends' in your searches because F Disney.

Give us your line up, what char on which chip? and maybe a base color

I would likely put symbols on the chips per faction, Imperial is different than Sith, and there are different BH factions, lots and lots of symbols.

These are clearly on the goofier side of things, but if humor is a consideration, maybe one or two look plausible haha.
