Help identifying chips/card room (1 Viewer)

Popped up in a short that was in my YT feed. The chips are obviously ceramic of some stripe. Anyone know what card room this is from? Anyone familiar with the actual chips? God help me I read the comments to see if I could glean the information but, you know, YT comments.

Any idea about the chips? The look like SunFly to me. I did a quick search here but didn't find anything about these specific cheques.
