Sad news that Rick Hoyt passed away today at 61. He was pushed by dad Dick Hoyt in the Boston Marathon every year. It was a thrill to see Team Hoyt every year.
I'm crying like a baby. I watch this and I feel so small and insignificant. What do I have to complain or ever be upset about? Thanks for sharing this. What an inspiration they are.
Likewise, I remember reading about them and then seeing the Real Sports segments years ago, thinking if I could be even a fraction of the man his father was, I'd be doing pretty well.
