1. What’s the best method of payment for ordering through Sunfly?
2. How long does it typically take for chip production and shipping to the states?

You can pay via credit card or PayPal. I’ve had orders delivered in the third week after. But due to the state of the postal service with COVID I’d say upwards 1-2 months. From what I’ve been told they are having a hard time finding a courier that will ship atm. My last order came TNT which is becoming Fed Ex soon.
