After the postal service decided to call me Pony instead of Tony the name has stuck.

I’ve also just bought a solid walnut 400 chip carrier that needs to be filled.

I’m swaying between 2 designs. Both on the HHR (obviously) and both with 312 spots. I’m stuck between the “old school” similar base and spot colours or a rip off of the Mapes colour scheme.

The theme is based on the old US Pony Express and the denominations will be 25c, $1, $5 and $25.

This is for my £50 buy-in 6 max game with starting stacks of 16/26/4/0

Which one is the best?

Update: it was unanimous for Old School so here they are complete with inlays…

Ordered some plaques as well…

Of the 2 options, No 1 is my pick. Have you considered any other alternatives? The first is monotone and the 2nd is rainbow soup. Maybe something in between?
I’m going for monotone for a change. Usually I go nuts with the Dayglo  :ROFLMAO:

I think more subdued colours will fit what I’m looking for.

with the poney express theme I would also choose the Old school.

I, for one, am disappointed.

Clearly you should change the name to "Pony Espresso" and have a poorly drawn graphic of a horse with a mane-bun chugging down a cup of Joe.
Just like Van Gogh before me, I am my own worst critic and so I will never use my own shitty designs  :ROFLMAO:

Love this lineup, mate! How many CPC sets will this take you up to now? ;)
