Sorry, I was just making a bad joke ... wondering how much I would have to pay if I want to use the art later for more chips. I’ve heard that can be costly.

Here is the break down I would like to get:

Cash
20 x $0.25 (yellow)
280 x $1 (blue)
600 x $5 (red)
400 x $25 (green)
160 x $100 (black)
40 x $500 (pink)
----------------------
1500 total

And the accessory chips/buttons have been moved to the other thread correct?

I hate tournament breakdowns with a double denom smack in the middle. That's why I prefer a T100,000 that uses 500/1000/5000/25000/100000.

Two reasons for the number of 500's I selected:

1.) My thought in the breakdown was to start 12/12/11/4. I don't hate 12/12/7/5. My thought for more 500's was to be able to make change in the early rounds, but I could endorse 12/12/7/5 too.

2.) I guess my brain works by coloring up lowest two denoms into the 3rd denom, but you with denom-double here, you could do colorups with 1000's instead.

I was calculating for 8 rebuys and 20 players max, so 280,000. Figuring final stacks of 10%/40%/50%, you'd finished with T500x56/T1000x112/T5000x28. Note, I didn't have the benefit of a blind schedule as I figured these totals.

So, with multiples of 25 chips, using 12/12/7/5 starting stacks (and coloring up T25 and T100 both into T1000)

T25 x 250
T100 x 250
T500 x 150
T1000 x 125
T5000 x 50

That's 725 chips.

You could squeak by with 25 5000's, but I'd rather have the cushion (and the ability to handle extra rebuys and/or do a deep srack.

I PM'd Steve this morning and requested that he get the files ready to ship to @ABC Gifts and Awards for approval. Once this happens I'll be putting both threads on a 24 hour clock before any future orders are declined. At that point I'll start collecting the loot.

Design fee for the accessory chips was added on Sunday, it should be all included now (excluding shipping)
"chips" total does not include the plaques. Prior to reaching 3000 chips I needed to keep track of the count of 39mm chips.
let me know if anything with your order still looks incorrect.
 
We only need to hit 12 to have the plaques produced. I'm might grab a few extras as gifts for some of the Michigan hosts.
 
The deadline for getting your orders in, or changes to your orders is this SUN. SEP 15th. in the AM.

Just for completeness in that first post I saw that you crossed out the date on the 1st time line and corrected but a few lines down does this one need changed? "ORDERING (Orders need to be posted by Tuesday Sept 18th at 10:00pm EST) "
