I currently play poker outside here in Central Florida and was curious if anyone else plays outdoors as well.

It's in a screen room so there's no bugs and it's warm enough pretty much year round to play without any concern (jerry rigged some tarps around the entire screen room and a small space heater for when the outside temps did get down in the low 50's) but I'm wondering if anyone else does this as I'm looking to improve my lighting as I currently just use the lights from my two ceiling fans out there and don't particularly want to run wiring for More lights so either something battery operated or a different type of bulb to put in the fans that is adjustable to increase the lighting for poker nights.

We did it last week. Porch don’t even have a door lol.
We planned on moving downstairs when it got dark. I didn’t see a reason to be outside after dark.

Wow, great to see all of these. I ended up just getting stronger bulbs for our two ceiling fan lights (2,000 lumen) and it works great. It's a little warm here in Orlando and can be 80 even at 11pm but we make it work.

Always wanted to spread a game out of doors. Plans to build a gazebo large enough to play with power and screens. Maybe next year.
