If you’re an old fashion fan, you have no idea what you’re missing if you haven’t had one made with the AP Cask! If you have, you know exactly what I’m talking about :cool
I believe that I was first to do it. Made 6 of them in one night with my brother-in-law visiting. You all thought I was crazy. Well... now look at you!

But I am crazy. :wtf:

We killed a bottle in no time at the Philly meet up making these. I get the same reaction each time someone new tries one...

Big fan of Clynelish (sepcially the one od That Boutique Company).
Lately, I found Waterford was doing something really special.
A shame that the packaging looks like perfume...

If you have an extra or 3. I'd love whatever you can spare. Love this rye and finished my last bottle the other month and the stores here are 100+ a bottle.
They only had 4, and my locals are getting them for now. I’ll go back later in the week to see if they have more

Palette- pepper, proof, char, oak, long finish
B6 Nose - oak, leather, molasses, fruit
Palette - oak, vanilla, proof, long finish, dark cherry

These two seemed similar but B3 has a bit of a harsh finish, both were pretty high proof

palette - baking spice, oak, easy sipper, good mouth feel
B5 nose - berry, caramel
palette - brown sugar, berry, easy sipper, good mouth feel

This was close, these were both very nice sippers, lower proof, but still viscous.

This might not be as much of a gimmick as I originally thought. Seems that this got pretty damn good over the last 6 months! This was a birthday gift I got from a cash game reg last August.

Anyone try this one? Love me the old pepper rye, never had their bourbon.
