Definitely because of midnight. Its kind of a novelty chip or celebratory chip like casinos that do $8 chips for Chinese New Year etc.

Absolutely love the $12 chip and yes because of Midnight at the Midnight Casino! If ordering a set there is nothing saying you have to buy the novelty chips.

In @Ronoh Pillage n Plunder CPCs he has an "$8 pieces of eight" absolutely amazing chip and sets the set apart, @slisk250 has a $19 chip in his CPC Rosie's Bayou set. The Black Cats have a $13 and $31 chip for Halloween.

Mostly because this here is America... and because we like spending money on stuff we don't really need... because it's cool! Lmao

Honestly? I believe the 25's and C-notes are far enough apart that I will be able to sell them as 43mm's without dirty stack issues.

My only feedback would be consistency in spot sizing and the overall spacing of elements across all the chips. Unless that's the intended design.

Also the progression of the moon between the 25c and the $1 seems like a bigger jump than in between all the other denoms.

I want to see something real quick:

Make the $5 chip the orchid color but keep the spot design (maybe offer the orchid as a secondary)
Make the 5c chip the original pink and make the denomination white

Let's see how that one fares.

I honestly don't like how the silver meshes with the orchid (the white is okay though). I need to think of another color.

Also, for fans of the red $5, don't fear, the orchid 5's are a secondary per the request of someone who literally wants to order 1000 chips from me.

The $5 should be the pink and the .5 white; in my opinion. Keep with those Cali colors. The set looks great.

pink 5c works well. $5 not so much. the original red could do with colours that pop a bit more than grey and white.

Yeah, the silver is fine for a color that isn't bright like the red or isn't medium like the orchid. I need to think of a color to replace the silver with.

Here are the 60 colors that Sunfly pretty much guarantees they can replicate. Anyone got any ideas?

That's what I want really are those chips to pop . The entire idea is to have a 20 year old girl say "I gotta get me one of those". I think to that extent, it will work.

I still like the lavendar $5 better than red but it needs more pop!I don't think peach is quite enough

Okay. I want to see what colors pop on both sets of 5's. Anybody have any ideas?

Also like the tournament set, should the colors really complement the primary design? If so we should look at something like CC30 or CC26 for the orchid and CC23 or CC24 for the red.
