ABOUT THE CHIPS
These are all 40mm chips. This mold has one of the squarest edges that they offer. The chips feel similar to Bud Jones V7s without the occasional suction effect.
Labels will be laminated matte finish.
Chips come in Matsui chip racks. You'll get a chip rack for every 100 chips that you order.

PRICING
Base cost is $1.15 per chip (2 color - 40mm) before any artwork fees, shipping costs, etc.
There is a 5% price break at 50k pieces.

Matsui artwork fee is $1200. ($250 x 6 - $300 Discount)
Breakdown for the artwork fee.

• 5000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.30 = $1.45 per chip
• 7500 pieces - $1.15 + $0.20 = $1.35 per chip
• 10,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.15 = $1.30 per chip
• 15,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.10 = $1.25 per chip
• 20,000 pieces - $1.15 + $0.075 = $1.225 per chip

J5's artwork fee: $150
Wire Fee: $30
Shipping (Matsui to me): $500 (quoted for 3000 chips)

The Matsui artwork fee, J5 artwork fee, Wire fee to Matsui, and Shipping (Matsui to me) will be spread evenly across all orders.

PAYMENT (PayPal is limited to international members only)
Because I am limiting my number of PayPal transactions until Jan 1st, I will only be excepting PayPal from our international members because they really have no other way to pay without excessive wire fees. All other payments will have to be by Google Pay or check/money order. If someone wants to collect PayPal for me and send it to me in one lump some, that will work too. Otherwise its just Google Pay and checks/money orders.

Most of the time ceramic chips come shrink wrapped in barrels of 25. For the MT GB which had a lot of different options (blank chips, labeled cash chips, labeled tourney chips, different versions of labeled chips, just labels, etc), ordering in multiples of 25 helped greatly with the re-shipping.

Since Matsui chips come loose in racks of 100, any amount is fine. There are just 6 options too.

I got a preliminary quote for 3000 chips. They gave a $300 discount on the artwork fees with the notation that the order has to be placed before the end of Sept. No problem there. I let them know there may be additional QTYs added to the order. Shipping is currently quoted at $500 via FedEx. FP updated.

No specific way. For every 100 chips you order, you'll get one rack since I can't split those.
(well I probably could on the band saw with a fine tooth blade. )

For additional racks, if we are just talking about 1 extra rack per order for the orders that are not in multiples of 100, that should probably be OK.

I didn't think about a minimum but lets set it at 100 chips. Good for a heads up set and you get a rack. Great idea on the samples. Thx.

Not trying to be a PITA, just a genuine question: If I wanted to grab a heads up 100 chip set of 3 main denoms with 2-5 total color up chips of the higher denoms (so a 105 piece set), would that be ridiculous? If yes, I would ask @Forty4 or someone else with a sample setup if they're willing to trade or sell. If no, you made my decision a lot easier. Point is, I don't want to make any weird demands for such an insignificant order.
