I had to run 3 heads up hands to determine a NLHE winner on my giveaway so you never know

You could do double super hold ‘em. Split 6 cards into 2 hands preflop. Discard one hand post flop. Can use up to 3 hole cards at showdown.

Don’t reveal the hands until after discard.
