I was searching National food day calendar on google. I didn't want to copy and paste the whole shebang so look at your leisure.
I have to make this - Jalapeno popper grilled cheese

There is a French bakery that opened up by us, my wife has been going every weekend and picking up puff pasties but last time, I asked if they have sour dough bread, she brought a loaf home, and the next day (yesterday) she made another Jalapeno popper grilled cheese.
I wish I had taken a picture because it was glorious! both in looks and taste.

I made an avocado and grilled cheese sandwich in the air fryer. This is the only way I will cook these moving forward.
You do that with butter or mayo or what?

I've tried both butter and mayo, and found there's very little difference. And a +1 to the air fryer it makes great grilled cheese.
Do you toast the bread before putting in the air fryer?

I just picked my last batch and now have something to do with them!
I only have 2 plants and too far NE. I usually pick 1-2 as day all summer-fall to go with any dinner.
They will die soon so I just grabbed the rest and was about to chop them up and stick in olive oil.
Next Sunday's breakfast will be incredible!

Nope. 360 degrees at 4 minutes, flip and 2 more minutes. Your results might slightly vary depending on your air fryer or how toasty you like your bread

I love my air fryer, and I make grilled cheese all the time. But I haven't tried putting the two together.
I'm about to run to the kitchen and try Chippy's recommendation to see how well it works.

i am intrigued to know how the eggplant parm turned out, but way more curious if i am also looking at hash brown parmesan? or is that some spaghetti squash bullshit?

eggplant parm is fucking amazing, and its one of those foods thats just as good cold the next day. however, i have never found another form of eggplant that i enjoy.
My mum makes a fried eggplant curry that is one of my most favourite things in the whole world.
But back to the air fryer - this was surprisingly good!
