High Hand
I am Day 16 post surgery for my second knee replacement in the last 5 months. A lot of people I know personally have considered knee replacement and had a lot of questions, so I thought maybe there might be some people here who also have considered it and could benefit from asking someone. I'm relatively young (56) but arthritis runs in my family. I waited till I finished my 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo, and then scheduled my surgeries. Had my second surgery 4 months after my first. If anyone has any questions, I'm happy to answer. Just FYI--I'm already walking without a walker or cane.
