If you were in SoCal, I’d say Cardiff Card Club. After Cardiff by the Sea and the surfing in that area. Totally hits that vibe, dude.

I was thinking Seal Cove Casino or Back Bay Hotel & Casino. Seal Cove is on Mt. Desert Island near Bar Harbor, and Back Bay is right in Portland. I like your thinking.
