Anybody have any experience paying waiter/massage girl ? Also how i can find ex card dealers ?

I was asked if I wanted to have a massage girl at my game and that she was actually willing to pay me to work the room. As long as your players will keep the massage person busy you don’t need to pay anything. Most massage people charge $1/minute with a 15 minute minimum. talking to Massage people that work at the casino they pay the casino to 1/2 of what they make (not tips though)

I passed on having the massage person BTW.

Good move. Any outsider makes the game inherently more risky to get robbed.

Never considered massage/wait staff. Seems overkill considering how few people are in the room compared to likely demand.

As to dealers, yes I almost always have dedicated dealers in my game. Most are pros working on the side... or just people I know who happen to be pretty decent at dealing poker games.

How can you find them? If you live in a decent sized city with charity poker rooms, go play and get to know them... on the break simply ask if they might be interested in dealing a private game for tips. Many do so it shouldn't be too difficult. Biggest thing you can do is networking... get to know people who are connected to the local scene.

If you are looking to open a boom boom room, I hope you have local connections. If you do not already, I suggest having your massage before/after the game.
