Thinking of you...and hoping for a good path for you back to pre-stroke BPT. It’s a jarring experience.

I hope that you can find some aspects of this shitty experience as positives and focus on them as you work on your well being. You’re alive and have a chance to do the things you haven’t done, change the things you need to change and say the things you want to say!
